I’m an engineer.
I love automation and making things that have never existed before.
I admire people shipping great products, dreaming big, and getting it done.
I admire people and companies who embody the following:
- Truly mission driven.
- A company with a clear purpose ensures efficient and focused progress. Key decisions are easier: if it is not helping us achieve our mission faster, then it is not important.
- Focused on engineering, on the design, and on the product.
- It is difficult to make products that are useful, that look good, and that people love.
- Fast paced, minimal barriers to get things done.
- This is a vertical company that facilitates fast, tight feedback loops. There should be little excuse for not making progress.
- Pragmatic.
- aka “no bullshit”. Full transparency, high communication, no egos.
- Failure is undesirable, but expected. However, lack of innovation is unacceptable.
- There is risk to innovation, but it is how we make the future brighter.
